Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully the terms in the conditions of contract as these conditions which constitute the agreement between us. No variation of these conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by a person so authorised by us.

How to make a booking

You can book one of our standard tour packages online by emailing a booking form. We can also tailor make your preferred tour package, If you email your request through ( Plan your trip form ). Also we may receive your request from any other website we are advertising on it. At any case we will contact you with the program.
Reservations should be made as early as possible especially if you are traveling in the peak season (Christmas or Easter) holidays.

Quotations and Validity

All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.

Payment Policy

Once your tour package is finalized we will email you a payment request. A 50% deposit should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, space will be secured upon receive a deposit and you can pay the balance upon your arrival no problem at all. The company representative will discuss and finalize with you the final arrangement & send you the details in the final confirmation. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or you may send via Western Union and also we accept payment by credit card through our secure online banking system.

Cancellation Policy

Once a partial or full payment has been made cancellations will only be accepted in writing via fax or email. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date.
- If cancellation takes place more than 60 days before the arrival date, 10% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- If cancellation takes place between 60 and 40 days before the arrival date, 25% will be forfeited.
- If cancellation takes place between 39 and 20 days before the arrival date, 50% will be forfeited.
- If cancellation takes place between 19 and 10 days before the arrival date, 75% will be forfeited.
- If cancellation takes place between 9 and 1 days before the arrival date, 100% will be forfeited.

* No Refunds After Tour Begins or of No Show:
There will be no refund for any reason once the trip has begun unless through our fault you do not receive the trip you paid for. There will be no refund for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing or any other charges once the trip begins.

Amendments by the Client

Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fees will be applied. Except in the flight tickets issue there will be an administrative fee.

We reserves the right to:
change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour; or modify any aspect of the tour; or cancel or modify any routes within the tour or objectives set out in the itinerary; or substitute different or equivalent routes within the tour in place of cancelled or modified routes; or postpone, cancel or delay either in relation to the departure or arrival times or the duration of the tour.

Tour Price

* The following items are excluded from the tour price:
- Personal travel Insurance.
- Visa, passport and Vaccination charges.
- Departure, airport and airline taxes ( in some countries )
- Extra meals, extra transport costs, extra accommodation costs or other expenses not included in the itinerary.
- Laundary, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses and items of personal nature.
- Emergency evacuation and/or emergency search charges.
- Tips and excess baggage charges.
Package prices are based on ground costs, airfares, exchange rates and we tries its utmost not to increase tour prices, however sometimes increases are outside its control. If there is no reservations have been made yet we reserves the right to modify tour prices (or any part) without notice at any time before and including the departure date. Modifications may be necessitated for many reasons including, but not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges, increases in ground operator service fees, or the need to engage alternative air or ground operators. But If you already paid the deposit we will not charge you any extras.

Free Time

Certain periods during the tour are or will be designated as "free time". These periods are provided primarily to give you a chance to rest and relax. You are however free to use the time as you wish. We will be happy to give you some information about things to do or see.

Hotel Accommodations

All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases unless otherwise reserved is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a roll out bed or cot for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard in certain circumstances. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.

Passports and Visas

It is the responsibility of all passengers regardless of nationality and destination to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure.

Responsibility

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; - Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Complaints

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has stilled not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent association. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is not the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract, may (if you wish) be referred to the Egyptian Tourism Ministry in Cairo.

Acceptance of the agreement

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by our online banking system, bank transfer or via Western Union indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
